Not really, well I guess you could.... Because Remy's does not have any additives to it or filler ingredients it is more of a juice consistency.

How much do you take?
Adults typically take 1 tablespoon a day, kids 1/2 - 1 teaspoon per day depending on size. If cold or flu symptoms appear then increase to every 3-4 hours. Like juice you cannot take too much. The only thing about it is that if you do take too much it is a natural diuretic.

How long does it last in the refrigerator?
It depends.
To make it last the longest you should keep it in the back of the fridge, away from the doors.
