How much do you take?
Adults typically take 1 tablespoon a day, kids 1/2 - 1 teaspoon per day depending on size. If cold or flu symptoms appear then increase to every 3-4 hours. Like juice you cannot take too much. The only thing about it is that if you do take too much it is a natural diuretic.
